The political dream that was missed out by the Republican News Speak-As-Usual in the last election were those of the Middle-Class. Is this Class warfare. You bet your tax dollars it is. No sound bites of Trickle Down Theories on how the Economy will get better by avoiding the "Have-Mores" and "Haves" pay their fair share is going to work for the Republican Party. The general feeling out here in the hinterland was the sad fact that the Middle-Class Americans were left out by the Republican Party. This led to President-Elect Obama to be able to co-opt the subject of just how badly we of the "M" word have had it.
I don't know about you, but I have been having this feeling for, oh say, since forever, that the hopes and dreams of the Middle-Class have been ignored by the political power-brokers.
More later...I have to chase off this damn woodpecker thats rapping on the wooden frame of the garage.
